Shipping Information
We offer local shipping within Singapore and international shipping via FedEx. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected service levels
To ensure a seamless experience, we currently offer delivery-only services and do not provide self-collection.
Local Shipping
- Standard Delivery (via SingPost): 3 business days (FREE)
International Shipping
We ship via SingPost or FedEx. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Standard International Shipping (via SingPost): 4-12 business days (FREE)
- Express International Shipping (via FedEx): 4-8 business days (Price varies based on FedEx rates)
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout
Import Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Note: Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
- Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times or limited carrier service availability.
Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to deliver to countries subject to international sanctions. For a list of sanctioned countries, please refer to this official source.
Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the package.
- If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at prox-prog@prox.sg. Address changes may not be possible after the order has been shipped.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at prox-prog@prox.sg with your tracking number.
- We will work with the relevant carrier to locate the package and provide assistance.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience this issue, please check with your local delivery service.
Holiday & High-Demand Periods
During holidays or peak shopping seasons, order processing and shipping may take longer than usual. We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays.
